My Current Favourite Instagram Accounts

Favourite Instagram Accounts

In the last few years, scrolling through Instagram has become the favourite pastime of millions of people — including me.

I usually spend time on IG when I’m on the train on my way to work, either posting photos or discovering new people to follow.

In this post, I’ll show you which my favourite Instagram accounts are at the moment. And I’d love to know yours, so don’t forget to leave a comment with your own list!

Also, if you haven’t followed me on Instagram, you can do it right here.

So here are my picks:

A Beautiful Mess

Sisters Elsie Larson and Emma Chapman are the founders of A Beautiful Mess, a very popular blog mostly focused on DIY and home décor projects.

I especially love the bold colours of their Instagram feed and their impressive home makeover projects. Plus, Elsie’s little daughter is adorable!

World of Wanderlust

Brooke Saward is one of the top female solo travel bloggers and the founder of the blog World of Wanderlust.

Her stunning Instagram feed is a nostalgic display window of the breathtaking places that she’s been to, mostly luxury destinations. And though it may seem unbelievable, she takes most of her own photos herself with the only help of a tripod.

Emilia Clarke

As a good Game of Thrones fan, I’m following many of its characters on Instagram, and one of them is Emilia Clarke.

However, this may be a problem sometimes, especially now that we’re in the middle of the last season!

Due to the time difference between Spain and the US, I can’t watch the new episodes on Sundays (maybe, deep inside I’m not such a good fan…). So I see them on Monday nights, and by then a lot of spoilers have been published on social media.

But I guess my FOMO doesn’t allow me to stop following the adventures of this extremely jolly girl with a beautiful smile.

Helene Sula

I’ve been following Helene Sula for years. She’s another popular lifestyle and travel blogger at Helene in Between. Besides, she is a blogging and Instagram expert, and I’ve learnt a lot from her.

What I like most about her is that she always smiles in photos, and spreads a lot of optimism and positive energy.

@bohotribex

This is just one of many home décor accounts that I follow on Instagram. In this one, in particular, you’ll find magical boho living spaces like the one above.

I follow this type of accounts (and hashtags) to find home inspiration ideas and to delight my eyes!

@lilfiremac

This gorgeous red-haired young lady is MacKenzey, a make-up Instagrammer.

Though I’ve just seen one single video where she puts on make-up — I’m not really sure if she actually posts a lot of videos,– her IG feed is simply impressive. Her beauty is unquestionable.

@vanlifecamper

As well as home décor, I also enjoy looking at photos of campervan interiors.

My partner and I usually travel by van in the summer (this year we’re going to the Basque Country!) so I love getting good interior design ideas that would improve our road trips.

@skaramelle

Thank goodness for Google Translate because otherwise, I couldn’t understand anything of what this German girl says.

Her name is Astrid and what you can tell from her Instagram feed is that she’s got a beautiful home and lots of books! She also has a blog, where she mainly writes book reviews.

Karolina Żebrowska

Finally, this is my last pick. Karolina Żebrowska is a Polish vintage and historical clothing enthusiast.

I follow her because I’m a period drama devotee and I simply love her photos where she’s dressed in stunning period dresses.

So this is it! What do you think of my current favourite Instagram accounts? What are yours?
