Disclosure: I received sample sweaters from Femme Luxe in order to share my honest opinion about their products, but this isn’t a sponsored post.
I recently wrote a product review on the blog about some stunning dresses by Femme Luxe, a fashionable and very popular brand among millennial women and influencers.
Truth is, I really had fun with my first review of Femme Luxe. I also posted a few photos of those dresses on my Instagram feed and, know what? They became my most liked photos ever! Can you believe it?
Now Femme Luxe has sent me even more items for me to write another review — in this case, four sweaters.
FYI, all the sweaters I’m wearing below are size SM (8/10). Also, at the very moment that I’m writing this post, absolutely everything on their website is 50% off! So don’t forget to check it out and take advantage of this great discount.
So, without further ado, here you are the sweaters in question…
I find Bardot sweaters very provocative because they leave your neck and shoulders uncovered. And I personally think that the collar bone is one of the sexiest areas in a woman’s body.
That’s why I like so much this sweater made of soft knit fabric. I’m sure I’m going to wear it a lot, especially to go out for dinner with friends.
To get a casual look, style the sweater with skinny jeans as I did in the pictures. For the ultimate off duty look, combine it with animal print leggings and a pair of stylish sliders — accessories will do the rest.
I love this flashy oversize sweater with a turned-over collar.
Pink, in any of its shades — in this case, fuchsia, — is probably my favourite colour, and I believe it’s very spring-like.
In the photos, I’ve combined it with grey skinny jeans from Kiabi and a pair of black leather ankle boots.
But you can combine it in many other ways, of course. Midi pleated skirts are in fashion this spring, or you can even wear the sweater with a miniskirt and stockings. Both combinations also look great with booties.
I recommend that you first wash the sweater by hand, as I did since this type of colour fades a lot, especially when the item is brand new.
To be honest, boho style clothes are definitely not my style (I love boho home décor, but not fashion, sorry!).
I think if I had chosen another colour instead, maybe this oversized turtleneck sweater would look better on me. Camel is too similar to my current hair colour. Also, it definitely would look better in bustier women because the front part is too baggy for my body (even though the sweater is my size).
What I like about this sweater though are the loose-fitting sleeves.
In this case, I’ve combined the sweater with skinny jeans and booties, but for a day-to-day look, it would also match well with a pair of high-waisted trousers and sneakers.
White fuzzy long-sleeved crop sweater. I always love a 90s style outfit.
Unless you’re very daring, I advise you to wear a bra! I tried to take the photos without one underneath and it turned out the sweater was way too transparent. But that’s up to you, of course!
Crop-tops look awesome combined with a high-waisted mini skirt or jeans. The model from the Femme Luxe website wears it with black leather leggings and white sneakers.
So these were all the sweaters. Femme Luxe is going to send me more items very soon so stay tuned for my next product review post!
